Route Package Protection

An added benefit to shopping with Galaxy Paw is a separate insurance coverage for all orders, no matter what class they are shipped! 

Route covers lost, stolen or damaged items. 

If Route package is NOT chosen at checkout, your package will NOT be insured, Galaxy Paw refuses to replace lost or stolen items.

We do NOT ship to Canada or Internationally.

Once your order is processed, orders are shipped as soon as possible. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Galaxy Paw does not guarantee orders will be delivered by the carriers estimated arrival date. There may be some circumstances when orders are delivered outside the estimated time frame.

All items are shipped from our warehouse and you will receive them within 30 days or less from the order date.

Note: USPS Priority Mail's two and three day service commitments now will be extended to three and four days respectively due to COVID-19. You will continue to receive end-to-end visibility and product tracking via USPS website using your tracking number that is emailed to you.
